Buyer pays an additional handling charge for items shipped to international location other than USA, the exact charges and shipping method will be decided by email correspondence. Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned at the buyers expense for a full exchange or refund if returned within 10 working days of receipt. Opened merchandise complete with all original contents including; original box, manuals, accessories, and paperwork in new condition may be returned within 10 working days at buyers expense with a 15% restocking fee. Complete refunds including shipping will be given to merchandise that arrives damaged. The damaged item must be reported to both the carrier and us within 3 working days of its arrival either by phone or email. Refunds do not occur until the damaged or returned merchandise is received by us. No return will be made without authorization or after 10 working days, excluding, special circumstances. All items shown on this website are available in limited quantities. If your order cannot be filled during order processing because of sold-out merchandise, you will be notified by email. Orders are not billed to a credit card until the product is available to ship. However it is required that a credit card be verified at time of order placement.
