Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned at the buyers expense for a full exchange or refund if returned within 10 working days of receipt.
Opened merchandise complete with all original contents including; original box, manuals, accessories, and paperwork in new condition may be returned within 10 working days at buyers expense with a 15% restocking fee.
Complete refunds including shipping will be given to merchandise that arrives damaged. The damaged item must be reported to both the carrier and us within 3 working days of its arrival either by phone or email.
Refunds do not occur until the damaged or returned merchandise is received by us.
No return will be made without authorization or after 10 working days, excluding, special circumstances.
